[Update] Masahito Kakihara to face Katsuyori Shibata

We are pleased to announce that Masahito Kakihara has come to terms with KINGS and will appear on May 23rd 2009 at the "3rd ADVANCE ~ DESTINY" show where we will face none other then Katsuyori Shibata! The 37 year old Kakihara makes his return to the ring after he retired in 2006. He has worked in UWF-I, All Japan and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Kakihara told website editors, "Since KINGS has started up, interest in shoot style is mounting again in Japan, I want to be a part of that. Shibata will be a very difficult opponent but I have been training hard and I'm ready for the challenge."
